These Terms of Service govern your use of vadalextech.com and any quote request, consultation or service enquiry you submit through it. By using the site or sending us a request you accept these terms.

Our services

VADALEX Technologies designs, installs and maintains security, automation and AI systems, including video surveillance, access control, fire and life safety, sound systems and custom software. Information on this site is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer or a technical design.

Quotes and requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Pricing, timelines and scope become binding only after a written proposal or service agreement is signed by both parties. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change after a site survey.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and project information, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its backend systems. Automated submission of forms is not permitted.

Accounts and published content

Some areas require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. If you are granted publishing rights, you must only post content you have the right to publish; we may edit or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
