The VADALEX Integrator Program is built for low-voltage contractors, security installers, AV integrators and IT companies who install systems for their own clients. You keep the client relationship; we supply the hardware, the pricing and the engineering backup behind it.

Partner Pricing
Approved integrators buy VADALEX-branded hardware and partner-brand equipment at trade pricing, tiered by annual volume:
Registered — trade pricing from the first order, no volume commitment
Silver — additional discount from $25,000 in annual purchases
Gold — deepest standard tier from $100,000 in annual purchases, plus dedicated account management
Project registration protects your quote: register a job before you bid and the pricing is locked to you for 90 days, so the same project is not quoted against you at a lower number.

Stock and Logistics
Common cameras, readers, maglocks, exit devices, power supplies and network hardware are held at our Davie, FL warehouse. Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET ship the same business day. Will-call pickup is available for local partners, and we can drop-ship directly to your jobsite with your paperwork inside the box.

We ask for a business licence, a resale certificate where applicable, and a short conversation about the systems you install.

Engineering support. Our engineers review your door schedules, camera layouts, power budgets and network design before you order — free for partners.
Priority technical line. A direct number to a VADALEX engineer during business hours, plus emergency escalation for live sites.
Named account manager for quotes, lead times, stock checks and RMA follow-up.
Free technician certification seats in the VADALEX Technician Certification Pro program — one seat per year at Silver, three at Gold.
Co-labelling and documentation. Submittal packages, spec sheets, wiring diagrams and as-built templates you can hand to your own client under your own cover page.
Overflow labor. Short on crew? Our licensed technicians can work under your project as subcontracted labor across South Florida.
