VADALEX Technologies ships and delivers equipment from our Davie, FL warehouse to clients across South Florida and the United States. This page covers how orders ship, how long they take and how to receive them.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day ship the same day from stock on hand. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Equipment is inspected and tested before dispatch — cameras are powered, readers are enrolled and network hardware is factory-reset to default unless pre-configuration was requested.
Free local delivery across Broward and Miami-Dade counties for orders over $500. Delivery is scheduled with you in advance and handed off by our own team, not a courier.
Curbside pickup at our Davie, FL location is available at no charge for any order. You will receive a confirmation and pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Orders outside the local delivery area ship standard ground within the continental United States. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination.
Priority and expedited options are available at checkout or by request. Contact us for same-day air freight on urgent replacements.
Local delivery within Broward and Miami-Dade: free on orders over $500, flat $25 otherwise. Curbside pickup in Davie, FL: free. Standard ground within the continental US: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited and air freight: quoted on request.

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or return. Hardware shipped from VADALEX is covered by the manufacturer warranty; warranty claims are handled by our team so you do not deal with the manufacturer directly.
